Please look for emails that will advise you of shipping status and other information you will need to move forward. Of course, don’t hesitate to reach out any time we may be of assistance.
FOLLOWING ARE IMPORTANT points to be aware of as we move forward together:
(1) ADDRESSES NEEDED ASAP
Please reply to this email ASAP and “confirm” your (a) mailing address AND your (b) shipping address. If the same, say “same.” If we’re shipping anything to a storage unit please say the name of the company (for example, “Lifestyle Storage”). If you’re working on getting a shipping address just tell us that right away, and in the meanwhile send us your mailing address (you know that now and confirming speeds up your fulfillment process).
(2) YOUR SUPPORT TEAM
We’re all here to assist you in your success! In addition to your Account Rep you will have a Payment System Support Rep. Depending upon your choices you will likely also have a Website and I.T. Support Rep; a Direct Mail Support Rep; and a Charity Affiliation Support Rep. The purpose and role of each will become clear in the coming days, so please be patient as we walk you through the steps one-at-a time. “The buck stops here,” meaning that when you don’t know which of your support team leaders to call, or you’re experiencing a challenge you’ve not been able to resolve, you contact your Account Rep, me or my Assistant and COO, Diana, diana@livefree.com.
(3) TRAINING
Your training will commence in the form of written instructions and/or recorded audio or video, or webinars. In addition, you will have access to “live” one-on-one training and support which may be individual or group sessions. Always, individual sessions will be available when a group session is not appropriate.
(4) PLANNING SESSION
A personal planning session should be scheduled “after” you receive some of the preliminary training emails, and one of those emails will advise you to schedule at that time. Look for that email, which will include details.
(5) EMAIL SEQUENCE
Don’t miss anything! Please note in the subject heading that THIS email is numbered (1). Look for each email in sequence. If you received emails #1, #2 and then #4… you missed #3. CHECK your spam folder. Whitelist all emails coming from our domain by adding them to your spam folder in this format: *@livefree.com. This covers ALL emails sent from us no matter who at livefree.com (Live Free LLC) sent them. If after checking spam you cannot find the missing email please contact us and we’ll get it to you promptly. NOTE: Emails that are not numbered are random updates or broadcasts (that is not an error).
(6) COMMUNICATIONS with Bill Way
Please forgive me, I’m just so busy that I must ask for your cooperation. I want to be available to give you personal attention when needed. It’s essential that you receive all the support you need for success. For the most efficient, quick and helpful “personal” response from Bill Way please use the following guidelines: BEST PRACTICES: (a) FIRST be a good student. Do your homework and follow instructions to the best of your ability. (b) Always attempt to connect with your support leader for the specific matter (for example, website & I.T., payment system, direct mail, etc.). (c) EMAIL: If your need is not particularly urgent please email me at bill@livefree.com and allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. (d) TEXT MESSAGES: If your need IS timely please send a text message to me at 970-222-8582 in ONE “succinct” message (do not send in multiple bits, sentences of paragraphs which is very distracting). Either the full message may be in the text or you may direct me to an email or voice message. (e) If you do not receive a response after a reasonable time please *re-send, OR *contact your Account Rep, OR *my assistance, Diana, diana@livefree.com. Responses may come from me directly, or I may assign to the best person to respond. (f) You can also schedule an appointment with me at http://VisitWithBill.com. One of YOUR responsibilities is to PERSIST in getting what you need. We cannot always anticipate that. GREAT COMMUNICATION IS KEY.
